Dubai located south of Persian Gulf founded in 1930^th with almost 20,000 inhabitants in which quarter of them were foreigners from which mostly Iranian, and the rest from India, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The modern Dubai has been shaped in past 25 years with the effort of H H Shaikh Rashid Bin Saeed al-Maktoum. Dubai has been active trade port for Iran and India and now is a bridge for trade in Middle East and Africa. Recent days Dubai has been changed into location suitable for investment, many people have found Dubai an ideal location to have their home in so they can spend some part of their lives.

Development of Dubai has become more into making it a place full of shopping mall and luxury building, hotels. For this purpose different style and techniques have been used to make it ideal for all nations. Different projects have been started which will be completed in near future to shape Dubai into its new look for making it the capital of the world.     

From the past Dubai has been started to be changing from a trade city into a city with centralized activities. Every and each activities will be change into a separate zone to make sure rules can be customized for each activities and investors get the best facilities suitable for their own business. In this regard Dubai has started Jebel Ali Free Zone. The industrial complex of Jebel Ali is the largest man-made harbor in the world and now we will see the progress of new zones to be added daily such as, Internet City, Media City, Knowledge Village, Health Care City, DIFC 

Development are unbelievably fast moving in that past 15 years Dubai has been grown so fast and many projects have been developed and many more is still in the progress.
